Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the wealth management segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling HNI clients and selling financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients
- Drive revenue through wealth products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, etc.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide financial advisory based on client needs and market trends
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products
- Maintain AUM (Assets Under Management) and grow client portfolio
Key Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in BFSI / Wealth Management / Financial Sales
- Strong understanding of investment products (MF, Insurance, etc.)
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- NISM certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
