Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to assist in managing digital marketing projects and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills with a basic understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development teams.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and daily progress reports.
- Prepare Meeting Minutes (MOM) and share action points with the team.
- Monitor project status and escalate delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Support the Project Manager in project planning and execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
