Job Summary :
We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager for a multi-brand garment showroom. The candidate will assist in managing daily store operations, handling customers, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
- Handle and guide walk-in customers
- Support in achieving sales targets
- Manage product display and visual merchandising
- Assist in inventory and stock management
- Handle billing and POS operations
- Support team coordination and staff management
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
Required Skills :
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic sales and convincing skills
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Basic computer knowledge
- Presentable and professional personality
Preferred Qualifications :
- Graduate preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in garment showroom/retail
- Male/Female both can apply
- Experience in multi-brand showroom preferred
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
