Job Summary:
Vortexen is seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement & Tendering Specialist with strong exposure to Oil & Gas (Products & Services). The role focuses on tender participation, global sourcing, vendor registrations, and commercial negotiations, supporting projects in the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and participate in tender opportunities (Oil & Gas / EPC / Government portals)
- Handle ADNOC tendering processes and similar governmental procurement platforms
- Review tender documents, scope, and technical requirements
- Source industrial products and services as per project needs
- Coordinate with international suppliers for pricing, availability, and compliance
- Arrange materials and services within required timelines
- Conduct commercial and technical negotiations with vendors and subcontractors
- Manage vendor registration and prequalification processes
- Maintain and expand a strong vendor/supplier network
- Support proposal preparation and submission
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Business / Supply Chain preferred)
- 2–6 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial procurement or tendering
- Proven experience in ADNOC tendering and governmental portal tendering
- Strong knowledge of product sourcing, vendor registration, and tender workflows
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, documentation systems)
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience with UAE market / EPC contractors / ADNOC Group
- Familiarity with multiple tender portals and procurement systems
- Exposure to international sourcing and logistics
