Job Summary
IBN Technologies is hiring experienced USA Telecallers for International B2B Lead Generation. The role involves outbound cold calling to US businesses, identifying decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for our US sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B cold calls to US clients.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
Identify IT decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Manager, etc.).
Promote Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and Managed IT Services.
Maintain CRM updates and daily call reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
1–5 years of International B2B Cold Calling/Lead Generation experience.
Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in US night shifts.
Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
