· Identify and onboard new medical stores / chemists / retailers
· Conduct daily 20–25 field visits in assigned areas
· Drive loan conversion and product adoption (credit, payments, app usage)
· Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
· Follow up on outstanding payments and DPD cases
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
· Share daily visit reports and performance updates
· Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
