Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Tele Caller with a background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, social media, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Answer customer queries and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive in the Real Estate industry.
- Experience in lead generation and customer follow-up.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.

- Ability to achieve sales and calling targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
