Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated architect to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to architectural projects from concept through completion. You will work closely with clients and contractors, to deliver exceptional designs that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Design & Planning: Create innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to construction documentation and administration, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design solutions, and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Construction Administration: Visit job sites to ensure construction is progressing according to plan and resolve any issues that arise during the building process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 0-1 year
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Any 3D rendering softwares is an add on. (Lumion, V-ray or 3ds MAX)
Skills:
- Strong design and visualization skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
