We are hiring an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US IT staffing, sourcing, and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, visa, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely submissions and closures
- Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, and EAD visas
- Good knowledge of W2 & C2C hiring models
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Experience handling Direct Clients / MSP requirements
