Position: Dosa Master Location: Greater noida (ace city)
Experience: 2–5 years
preferred Key Responsibilities Prepare different varieties of dosas (Plain, Masala, Mysore, Rava, Cheese, etc.).
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. Prepare and maintain dosa batter, chutneys, and sambhar.
Manage tawa/griddle operations efficiently during peak hours. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements. Minimize food wastage and follow portion control guidelines.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution. Requirements Experience working as a Dosa Master in a restaurant, hotel, or food outlet.
Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine. Ability to handle high-volume orders. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills Speed and accuracy in dosa preparation. Teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to train junior kitchen staff. Salary
