We're looking for a senior, self-directed 8+years of Python developer with experience in the CTV/media agency space to join as an extension of our existing team - someone who can own features end-to-end, work comfortably with modern AI-assisted ("vibe" and spec-driven agentic) development workflows.
Job Description :
● Design, build, and maintain internal and client-facing applications and tools
requested by stakeholders (reporting dashboards, workflow automation, data tooling,
etc.)
● Work directly alongside our existing developer and leadership to prioritize and scope
multi-phase projects
● Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a core
part of your daily workflow - writing specs/prompts, reviewing and refining
AI-generated code, and iterating quickly
● Build and maintain data pipelines feeding into our ClickHouse data lake for analytics
and observability
● Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for application data
● Participate in architecture decisions with a bias toward pragmatic, maintainable
solutions over premature scale
Required Skills:
● 8+ years of professional Python development experience (backend/API-focused —
FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
● Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query
optimization, migrations)
● Prior experience working with a CTV or media agency, including familiarity with
media/ad-tech data (viewership, ad delivery, impressions)
● Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants as part of a real production
workflow - not just casual/personal use
● Comfort working independently with light oversight, including scoping ambiguous
stakeholder requests into clear technical plans
● Working experience in prior IT services company
● Strong written communication - most collaboration will happen async across time
zones
Nice to have:
● Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases
● ETL/data pipeline experience connecting transactional (Postgres) and analytical
(ClickHouse) systems
● Experience working as an offshorer with US-based teams
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
