- Handle room reservation requests through phone, email, website, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Process, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
- Coordinate with hotel front office and sales teams for group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations.
- Ensure all reservation details are accurate and updated in the PMS.
- Monitor room inventory and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Upsell room categories, meal plans, and promotional packages whenever possible.
- Follow reservation policies, payment procedures, and cancellation guidelines.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy updates.
- Resolve guest concerns related to reservations in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain excellent communication with all hotels and internal departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
