Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Architect with at least 4 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, and project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept development through completion while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from initial concept to final execution
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, layouts, and 3D models
- Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations to clients
- Handle client meetings, understand requirements, and provide design solutions
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards
- Prepare project presentations, reports, and documentation
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design issues
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Supervise and guide junior architects and design staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4 years of proven architectural experience
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or similar design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong creativity and attention to detail

- Experience handling residential and commercial projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
