Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telemarketers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers over the phone. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate product or service information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and build positive relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Plus Two, Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in the local language; knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
