Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels to target accounts
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs and challenges
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Articulate the value of technology solutions in a consultative manner
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure only well-qualified opportunities are passed forward
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads, events, webinars, and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, lead status, and notes in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities
- Build strong professional relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with multiple prospects daily (150–200 calls/day)
- Ability to understand customer problems and map them to business solutions
- Quick learner with interest in technology and enterprise solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
