We are seeking an experienced US IT/Technical Recruiter based in India to join our offshore team. In this role, you will work directly in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone to support our US-based staffing firm. You will manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pipeline management for IT, engineering, Finance, HR & Administration, Customer Service and other professional roles across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Source high-quality candidates across US time zones using US job boards (Dice, Monster), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain an active database of pre-vetted candidates across key domain skill sets.
2. Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial phone screenings in PST hours to assess candidate technical skills, soft skills, interest, and cultural fit.
- Verify work authorization status (W2, C2C, 1099, H1-B, Green Card, US Citizen) and tax terms prior to submission.
- Negotiate competitive rates and salary expectations adhering to US market standards and client budgets.
3. Submission & Interview Coordination
- Format resumes into company standard templates and craft concise candidate summary write-ups for Recruiting Leads and client submissions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and US Recruting Leads or end-clients.
- Prep candidates before client interviews and gather detailed feedback post-interview.
4. ATS & Pipeline Administration
- Maintain clean ATS data (Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, or similar) with real-time updates on candidate activity, notes, and stages.
- Generate daily/weekly recruitment performance and pipeline reports for leadership.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as a US Recruiter in a US IT staffing firm or RPO environment.
- Shift Readiness: Must be willing and ready to work full PST business hours (Night Shift in India) on a long-term basis.
- US Staffing Knowledge: Solid grasp of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, TN), and employment laws.
- Sourcing Expertise: Expert level in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and ATS platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with strong phone etiquette for seamless candidate engagement.
- Self-Directed: Capability to work independently, manage high-volume requisitions, and meet tight submission turnarounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Prior experience placing candidates Nationwide in USA
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
