Key Responsibilities
1. Design Execution
● Assist in creating social media graphics - posts, stories, reels covers, and carousels for Instagram and other platforms
● Support design of marketing collateral - flyers, brochures, banners, and event materials
● Help maintain visual consistency across all digital and print assets
2. Brand Support
● Follow brand guidelines for typography, colours, and layout across all design work
● Assist in maintaining and organising the design asset library
3. Collaboration
● Work with the marketing and content teams to understand design briefs and turnaround timelines
● Incorporate feedback from Senior Designer quickly and accurately
4. Learning & Growth
● Participate in design reviews and team creative discussions
● Proactively explore and suggest new visual formats and trends relevant to EdTech and youth audiences
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
