Radical Era is an IRL (In Real Life) creator brand. We don't just talk about business ideas - we execute them and document the entire journey on Instagram. Raw, real, fast-paced content that actually moves people.
What we're looking for : We need a Senior Script Writer who understands the creator economy, moves fast, and can write scroll-stopping short-form scripts for Instagram.
What you'll be doing
- Researching and writing high-quality scripts daily.
- Adapting tone and style for different brands.
- Delivering scripts within deadlines.
- Rewriting based on feedback from strategists.
You're a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of script writing experience
- Have a portfolio that shows your range.
- Understanding of Instagram-style hooks.
- Comfortable writing 2-3 scripts per day
Bonus points
- Understanding of the creator economy
- Experience writing for a creator or personal brand
- Familiarity with business, startups, or entrepreneurship content
Compensation Flexible — based on experience and output quality.
