Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle both inbound queries and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Program Counseling: Clearly explain our various educational programs, courses, and services.
- Nurture Leads: Consistent follow-up on potential leads and maintaining meticulous customer/student records.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the core admission and counseling teams to streamline enrollment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational counseling is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and convincing skills (fluency in Malayalam and English is a major plus).
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge (handling spreadsheets/CRM tools).
- Mindset: Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently achieve targets.
