We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our School ERP Software and Hardware Solutions to schools and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships with school management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools, educational institutions, and coaching centers within assigned territories.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate School ERP Software and hardware products to school management and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Coordinate with the support and implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, EdTech sales, software sales, or technology solutions sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
