Responsible for labour management and handling workforce.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Follow all safety and quality procedures at site.
Maintain 100% presence at site and actively participate in daily operations.
Ensure proper material receiving, checking, and feedback reporting.Monitor workfront and inform Site Engineer in advance.
Maintain site store materials and records; inform availability of material at least 5 days prior.
Resolve site-related issues (electricity, water, material handling, Labour Camp housekeeping, etc.).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Satara District)
