Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to oversee the administration of English language exams at our testing center. This role is crucial in ensuring that all exams are conducted in a secure, professional, and standardized manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling responsibilities with integrity and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify candidate identification and check-in procedures
- Set up exam rooms in accordance with strict testing protocols
- Monitor test takers during exams to prevent cheating or misconduct
- Handle candidate queries and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and incidents
- Report any issues or irregularities to the appropriate authorities
- Ensure compliance with all exam board and institutional policies
- Secure and manage test materials before and after exams
- Provide technical support during computer-based exams
- Maintain a calm, professional environment for all test takers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
