Role Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the photography & videography team.
- Handle client communication professionally before, during, and after projects.
- Support sales by understanding client requirements and helping convert enquiries into bookings.
- Plan and oversee wedding shoot schedules and logistics.
- Coordinate post-production workflow and ensure timely deliveries.
- Organise files, project data, and internal processes.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Travel with the team for destination weddings and major assignments whenever required.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English is a must).
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- A keen aesthetic eye and appreciation for photography, films, and visual storytelling.
- Confidence in handling clients and supporting sales conversations.
- Calm, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work closely with creative teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently for destination weddings.
- Passion for the wedding and photography industry.

Kochi, Kerala (Office-based with travel for destination weddings)
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on skills and performance)
