About the Role
Bilivin Education is looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while supporting the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and update records in ATS/Excel/CRM.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months to 2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (preferred).
Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn sourcing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
