Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kollam. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers and the sales team, handling sales documentation, follow-ups, quotations, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Degree is mandatory
- Experience: Previous experience in Sales/Sales Coordination is preferred
- Age: Below 35 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work effectively with customers and the sales team
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and sales executives
- Prepare quotations and sales-related documents
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, and payments
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain customer and sales records
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
