About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) to support our business development efforts through market research, lead generation, and customer outreach. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and engaging prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication. The candidate will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Conduct market and competitor research on target industries, customers, and market trends.
- Perform customer profiling and target account research to support business development initiatives.
- Identify potential business opportunities, projects, and target segments.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and business insights for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Collect and share customer feedback, common objections, and market insights with relevant stakeholders.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, industry directories, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain databases of prospective customers and key decision-makers.
- Identify and qualify potential customers across target sectors.
Customer Outreach
- Conduct cold calls to introduce company offerings and qualify prospects.
- Draft and send cold emails to prospective customers.
- Engage potential customers through WhatsApp and other digital communication channels.
- Schedule meetings for the Sales team with qualified leads.
Sales Support & Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain a repository of customer references, project information, and technical collateral.
- Support customer presentations, webinars, technical demonstrations, and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop technical content, case studies, customer presentations, and proposals.
- Track lead generation activities and prepare periodic reports.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with data-driven insights and business intelligence.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong market research and lead generation capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct effective cold calls, cold email campaigns, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Strong internet research and data-gathering skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications:
- B.Tech in any discipline, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
- B.Sc. in Physics or Electronics or related field
Work Experience:
- Minimum 8 months of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, Market Research, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Industrial, or B2B sector will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
