Job Overview
We are seeking an articulate, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Green Park office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations while assisting our brand communications lead in telling Klove’s unique visual story. You will act as a key organizational hub, interacting with our design team, master artisans, elite interior designers, corporate partners, and luxury architects.
*Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing & Communications Support
Visual Storytelling: Help maintain Klove’s digital grid across Digital platforms, focusing on the poetry of hand blown glass and light installations.
Collateral Management: Coordinate with the Premium Customers and provide high-end physical look books, product catalogs.
Event & Project PR: Provide logistical and administrative backup for domestic and international high-profile events, product launches, gallery showcases, and design weeks.
Website Analytics & Portfolios: Regularly update Klove’s digital boutique and project archives with new product descriptions, collection stories, and press features.
Office Administration & Project Support:
Client Hospitality: Act as the first point of professional contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and VIP guests visiting the corporate gallery.
Executive Coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule client presentations for founders/leads, and manage cross-department meetings.
Logistics Liaison: Coordinate document workflows with our Ambala manufacturing workshop and white-glove logistics partners handling fragile, custom-blown glass art.
Documentation Support: Format incoming lead data, update CRM tracking software, and assist the sales team with drafting initial high-end project proposals.
Office Maintenance: Oversee general office supply inventory, handle utility coordination, and ensure the office and meeting spaces reflect Klove's pristine luxury standards.
· Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
