About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Generate and qualify leads to support business growth
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
- Prior sales experience is preferred
