Job Title: BPO Process Trainer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BPO Process Trainer who can deliver engaging training programs for customer support professionals. The ideal candidate should have experience in new hire training, process training, refresher sessions, and performance improvement initiatives within an international voice or chat process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Deliver process, product, communication, and soft skills training.
- Design training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
- Conduct refresher training based on quality findings and business requirements.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and certifications.
- Monitor nesting performance and provide coaching.
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs.
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and certification records.
- Support continuous learning initiatives and process updates.
- Ensure training effectiveness through regular feedback and performance tracking.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer service processes.
- Experience in international Voice/Chat support.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Good analytical and coaching skills.
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in BPO/KPO environment.
- Certification in Training or Learning & Development is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
