- Responsibilities: Trained professionals handle patient identification, sterile sample collection, proper labeling, and temperature-controlled transport to the lab. They ensure strict adherence to biohazard and infection control protocols while providing professional patient communication.
- Qualifications & Requirements: Positions typically require a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent, with previous phlebotomy experience often preferred. A valid driving license and a two-wheeler are usually necessary for travel.
Workflow
The process includes preparing kits, conducting the home visit, following documentation protocols, and transporting samples safely to the laboratory.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
