We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator who understands what to post, why to post, and how content converts attention into growth.
This role is not just about posting — it’s about ideas, hooks, trends, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content ideas for:
- Personal brands
- Small businesses & startups
- Service & product-based brands
- Write captions, hooks & reel scripts
- Research trends & formats that work organically
- Plan content calendars & themes
- Work closely with video editors & designers
- Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting & strategy
- Track performance & suggest improvements
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube content
- Good writing skills (simple, relatable, human)
- Knows how to create hooks & storytelling formats
- Comfortable using AI tools for:
- Content ideas
- Script writing
- Caption optimization
- Understanding of organic growth strategies
Good to Have (Bonus)
- On-camera confidence or content creation experience
- Knowledge of reels, memes & storytelling formats
- Basic understanding of branding & performance marketing
- Experience managing brand pages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
