We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter) to join our team at Andor Luxury. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and hiring talented people across different departments. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain an organized recruitment database and hiring records.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or similar hiring platforms.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple job openings.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,104.30 - ₹15,000.00 per month
