Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and highly responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily building construction activities and act as the primary liaison on-site. You will bridge the communication gap between management, architects, sub-contractors, and local authorities to ensure the project runs smoothly, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
· Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day civil construction work, ensuring adherence to structural drawings and quality standards.
· Liaison Work: Act as the main point of contact for architects, structural engineers, and material suppliers to resolve on-site technical doubts.
· Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate schedules for various sub-contractors (e.g., steel fixers, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians).
· Material Management: Keep track of incoming site materials (cement, steel, sand), verify quantities, check quality, and manage daily stock registers.
· Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit daily progress reports (DPR), labor attendance, and site measurement sheets to management.
· Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain strict safety protocols on-site and ensure proper housekeeping.
