Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester / QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing, test automation framework development, API/UI automation, database testing, and cloud-based data validation.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, JavaScript, REST Assured, Jenkins, GitHub, SQL, Microservices Testing, Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL, and Data Warehouse Testing. Experience in the Healthcare domain will be highly preferred.
The candidate will be responsible for designing automation frameworks, executing functional and performance testing, validating APIs and data pipelines, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, database, and microservices testing.
- Develop automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and Robot Framework.
- Perform UI automation and API automation for enterprise applications.
- Develop API test suites using REST Assured and validate RESTful services.
- Plan and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Perform Microservices Testing including service-level and API validation.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript and data-driven testing approaches.
- Implement TDD, BDD, and ATDD practices within the QA lifecycle.
- Create reusable data-driven and modular automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
- Execute regression, functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Perform SQL and database testing to validate data integrity and business rules.
- Validate Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and ETL processes.
- Perform Azure ETL validation and Azure SQL testing.
- Validate data movement and transformation between source systems and target data warehouses.
- Perform Data Warehouse Testing and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and business teams to resolve defects.
- Analyze test results, prepare test reports, and track defects through resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.
- Ensure quality and reliability of applications deployed in Azure Cloud environments.

- Design and execute performance test strategies and test plans.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing.
- Analyze response times, throughput, resource utilization, and system behavior under load.
- Identify performance bottlenecks across UI, APIs, databases, and microservices.
- Work with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Prepare performance test reports with actionable recommendations.
- Establish performance benchmarks and support performance optimization activities.
Azure & Data Testing Responsibilities
- Validate Azure Data Factory pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Validate data transformations between source and target systems.
- Perform Azure SQL database testing using complex SQL queries.
- Validate data quality, data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Perform Data Warehouse Testing across different data layers.
- Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with Data Engineers for resolution.
- Validate end-to-end data pipelines and downstream reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA Automation, Performance Testing, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation framework development.
- Strong knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and/or Robot Framework.
- Strong programming experience with JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with API Testing and REST Assured.
- Experience in UI Automation and API Automation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Database Testing.
- Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitHub.
- Experience in Microservices Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Testing.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL.
- Strong understanding of ETL and Data Warehouse Testing.
- Experience implementing TDD, BDD, or ATDD methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data-driven automation frameworks.
- Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Experience with cloud-based application and data testing.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or equivalent.
- Experience with containerized applications and microservices.
- Understanding of Azure DevOps and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with test reporting and quality metrics.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in regulated Healthcare/Healthcare IT environments.
