Ambica Agarbathies is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive regional sales growth and expand market presence for our premium incense sticks and dhoop products.Core Responsibilities
- Distributor Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage regional distributors and super stockists.
- Retail Penetration: Visit retail outlets daily to increase product placement and visibility.
- Order Generation: Secure consistent secondary orders from retail counters to support distributor liquidation.
- Market Expansion: Identify and exploit untapped rural and urban territories.
- Promotional Execution: Implement visual merchandising, schemes, and instore branding activities.
- Competitor Analysis: Track competitor pricing, packaging, and schemes to provide market feedback.
- Collection Tracking: Ensure timely payments and settlement of claims with distributors.
- Reporting: Submit daily sales reports (DSR) and market tracking data to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 4 years
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Travel: Possession of a two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Language: Fluency in the local regional language and working knowledge of English.
