Roles & Responsibilities
Clinical & Technical Expertise
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Echocardiography or a related clinical discipline.

3–4 years of relevant clinical experience as a Cardiac Sonographer, Echocardiographer, or in a related ultrasound role.

Strong expertise in Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) and structural heart interventions, including experience supporting TEE-guided procedures in the catheterization laboratory.

Ability to independently perform, analyze, and report echocardiography and ultrasound examinations with a high level of accuracy.

Strong understanding of ultrasound imaging workflows, Doppler techniques, cardiac imaging, and clinical interpretation.

Demonstrated ability to acquire high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining professional and clinical standards.

Experience with major ultrasound platforms such as Siemens Healthineers, Philips, or GE HealthCare is preferred.

Basic understanding of healthcare software testing, product evaluation, or experience working in an IT, medical technology, or R&D environment is preferred.
R&D Collaboration & Innovation

Collaborate closely with Research & Development teams to support clinical innovation, prototype evaluation, and product development activities.

Participate in clinical evaluation of new ultrasound technologies, features, and workflows.

Contribute clinical expertise to workflow analysis, image quality assessment, feature evaluation, and usability optimization during product development.

Provide clinical feedback and recommendations to help translate clinical needs into effective product solutions.

Support the evaluation and refinement of emerging ultrasound technologies and clinical applications.
Education, Training & Clinical Support

Support training and knowledge-transfer activities for healthcare professionals on:
-
Ultrasound system operation and clinical applications.
-
Best practices in echocardiography and ultrasound imaging.
-
TEE and structural heart imaging workflows.
-
Basic regulatory and clinical evaluation processes.
-
Provide clinical and technical support during customer evaluations, demonstrations, clinical collaborations, and research activities.

Assist in developing clinical training materials, protocols, and educational content.
Clinical Collaboration & Research
-
Support the establishment and management of clinical research and collaboration programs with hospitals, physicians, and other clinical partners.

Participate in clinical evaluations, data collection, image acquisition, and documentation activities to support product development and validation.

Build effective relationships with clinicians and clinical stakeholders to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation.

Contribute to clinical studies, validation activities, and evidence generation for new products and technologies.
Travel & Other Requirements

Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally to support clinical collaborations, evaluations, customer engagements, training, and research activities.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with clinical, engineering, R&D, product management, and regulatory teams.

Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
