Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing patient calls, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and lead management for our Skin, Hair & Laser Clinic. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to convert inquiries into appointments while maintaining excellent patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Explain clinic services and treatment information.
- Maintain patient records and update CRM/software.
- Follow up with existing patients for treatment sessions and reviews.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding appointments.
- Achieve monthly appointment booking targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & basic English.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or healthcare preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM).
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
