We are looking for a Group VP- People Operations who will lead the strategic vision, growth, and overall success of the people function in alignment with the organization objectives for India, Singapore and UAE. He/She will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, building and retaining high-performing teams, and driving change management.
She/ He will be responsible to head the COE by giving strategic direction to expert HR teams. S/He will be setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic people goals and on strategic staffing plans, like compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations etc.

Role and Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy and Culture Building:
- Collaborate with the CEO, founders and senior leadership to formulate and implement an effective HR strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive company culture, reinforcing our core values and promoting employee engagement.
- Develop and implement programs and policies to strengthen employee morale, motivation, and retention.
- Creates change management and communication plans to support major organizational changes.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across geographies
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Implement innovative recruitment techniques, including leveraging social media, networking events, and partnerships with universities and industry associations.
3. Talent Management and Development:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and training programs.
- Create opportunities for employees to grow their skills and advance within the organization.
4. Employee Engagement and Development:
- Design and implement exciting employee engagement activities, events, and programs to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning them with business objectives.
- Create opportunities for career growth and advancement through performance management, mentorship, and coaching programs.
5. HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure HR operations run smoothly, overseeing processes such as payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HRIS management for all 3 locations
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to management and employees.
- Implement and enhance HR policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
6. HR Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations. Familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven organizations is preferred.

- Experience in creating and implementing employee engagement activities, initiatives, and programs.

- Ability to work collaboratively with founders, senior executives, and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with overall company goals.

- Enhance the learning and development framework by identifying training needs, sourcing relevant programs, and implementing initiatives that promote continuous learning and skill-building. Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
What you will need
Post Graduate in Human Resources with 15 + Years of experience in HR.- Proven experience (8+ years) in HR leadership roles, preferably within a high growth start-up, with a focus on building and scaling HR functions.
- Exposure to multiple HR COE's like Talent Acquisition, Rewards, ER, HR OPs etc.
- Prior experience in building hi-pot teams within defined timelines
- Prior experience of leading HR in an Tech/ product organization.
- Understanding of labour laws across geographies, specially India, Singapore and Middle east
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
