Roles and Responsibilities.
- Repair and maintain all systems and related equipment like emergency Generating unit, electrical systems lighting, electrical switchboards, Computer network cabling, household equipment, and Follow the Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule.
- Should know how to trouble shoot the Fire Alarm system as and when the trouble occurs and know location of MCP, siren, detector, Emergency phone in the building. Perform the testing of Fire hydrant system and maintain the records.
- The log sheet to be update on daily basis.
- Perform meter readings to maintain records relating to utility Costs throughout the Residential building.
- Perform general and Emergency repairs and maintenance to all equipment based on skill and experience level.
- Regular property rounds to be taken to avoid Unnecessary wastage and electricity.
- Ability to identify and implement efficient paths of action to finish the Assigned work.
- Areas of responsibilities include building and grounds maintenance, Security system, utilities and communication infrastructure, space Management, Fire alarm system, S.T.P, CCTV.
- Maintain all workshop tools and equipment for the running of electrical Workshop trades and functions.
- Maintain updated record of all works carried out.
- Follow up for PPM schedules.
- Maintain the Utility rounds.
- To maintain inventory administration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,905.33 per month
