Job Description
Looking for a responsible field service engineer to meet the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers.

Perform customer-site GPS equipment installation, maintenance, repair and corrective action activities.

Manage all on site installations, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

Follow all company’s procedure and protocols during product installation through guides, manuals and installation documents.

Diagnose error or technical problems and determine proper troubleshoot techniques and document the issue.

Communicate problems requiring Customer Support & Product Management action through clearly written reports, and assist in technical resolution of issues.

Initial training will be provided.

Variety of facilities available like Bus pass for transportation, food allowance, Incentives, bonus, etc.
