The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day fruits & vegetables procurement from farmers and handling packaging operations for quick-commerce fulfillment. The role requires strong operational discipline, vendor coordination, packaging team management, and execution capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure fresh fruits & vegetables directly from farmers, mandis, and local suppliers
- Build and maintain strong farmer sourcing networks
- Negotiate pricing and ensure quality procurement
- Manage packaging and dispatch operations for daily fulfillment
- Supervise packaging staff and ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain inventory, stock movement, and wastage control
- Ensure proper grading, sorting, and packaging standards
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for timely dispatch
- Maintain daily operational reports and records
- Ensure discipline, hygiene, and process adherence in operations
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Experience in fruits & vegetables operations, mandi procurement, warehouse operations, or supply chain management preferred
- Comfortable working in mandi/farm environments
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily operational targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
