Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues
- Train and develop store associates to ensure they provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain store appearance and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of retail management experience, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
