Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical, plumbing,lighting, and office equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all facility systems and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor DG sets, UPS systems, water pumps, fire safety systems, and air-conditioning units.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, service schedules, and repair logs.
- Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and facility-related complaints.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace regulations.
- Supervise housekeeping and facility support staff when required.
- Assist in office setup, furniture installation, and minor civil maintenance work.
- Track inventory of maintenance tools, consumables, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in facility or building maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
