Role Overview:
The role is responsible for managing and maintaining a centralized inventory system
(repository) for all company assets, specifically devices and seals, ensuring accurate
tracking, control, and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all devices and seals inventory
- Manage inward and outward movement of inventory
- Ensure real-time updating of inventory records in the system
- Maintain a centralized repository/database for all assets
2. Asset Tracking & Control
- Track allocation, usage, and return of devices and seals
- Ensure complete traceability of assets
- Implement controls to prevent loss, damage, or misuse
- Maintain asset lifecycle records (issue → use → return)
3. Audit & Reconciliation
- Conduct periodic physical audits and stock verification
- Reconcile system data with physical inventory
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
4. Reporting & Data Management
o Stock levels
o Asset utilization
o Inventory movement
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
5. Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and field teams
- Manage dispatch, storage, and receipt processes
- Ensure timely availability of inventory for business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 2–5 years of experience in:
o Inventory management
o Asset tracking / operations / admin roles
o MS Excel / Google Sheets
o Inventory management systems (preferred)
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Strong coordination and organizational skills

Summary
This role is critical to ensuring end-to-end visibility, control, and reliability of company
assets through a structured and centralized inventory system
Pay: ₹10,226.26 - ₹38,824.42 per month
