Role Summary
The Project Manager will direct end-to-end real estate developments from inception through completion. This role requires strategic leadership to establish project milestones, enforce schedules, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and align internal business units with external government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Site Execution
Direct site operations, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are
delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential developments, including villas, high-rise
apartments, and associated infrastructure projects.
Establish critical milestones, master delivery schedules, and detailed micro-schedules.
Conduct periodic timeline reviews to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), track
task dependencies, and monitor overall progress.
Identify operational bottlenecks early and deliver solution-oriented feedback to executive
management to prevent project delays.
Reporting, Financial & Resource Management
Develop, compile, and present comprehensive Monthly Management Information System
(MIS) reports to executive leadership, highlighting project progress, milestone
achievements, risk analyses, and operational performance.
Formulate quarterly financial projections, audit project billing, and monitor cash flow
approvals.
Optimize resource allocation across labor, equipment, materials, and project financing to
ensure maximum efficiency.
Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate budget overruns, design scope
changes, and project disruptions.
Stakeholder Coordination & Regulatory Approvals
Partner with internal legal and liaison departments to secure necessary government
consents, statutory approvals, and regulatory clearances.
Serve as the central point of contact unifying on-site teams, external consultants, legal
advisors, and corporate executive management.
Orchestrate cross-functional workflows across legal, architectural design, liaison, and
construction divisions to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, or a related field. Qualifications from NICMAR or RICS are strongly
preferred.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of proven project management experience within the real
estate and construction sectors (specifically covering residential, villa, apartment, and
infrastructure developments).
Key Competencies
Reporting & Data Acumen: Proficiency in preparing executive MIS dashboards,
analyzing numbers, and presenting clear operational insights.
Technical Mastery: Strong command of standard project management tools,
construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) Microsoft Office & ERP
Software.
Leadership & Execution: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve complex
problems, and make critical decisions under pressure.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills across
internal stakeholders, external consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
