Job Title: Service Engineer.
Location: Bhamboli, Pune
Experience: 4– 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Possess strong knowledge of Resistance Welding Machines, including Spot
Welding and Projection Welding Systems.
2. Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Resistance Welding Controllers to
achieve required welding quality and process performance.
3. Conduct machine testing, validation, and performance verification to ensure
compliance with technical specifications before dispatch.
4. Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Mitsubishi and Delta
PLC platforms.
5. Execute machine installation, commissioning, start up, and trial runs at
customer locations.
6. Provide technical support and resolve machine-related issues through direct
coordination with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical control panels, electrical wiring
systems, and control circuits.
8. Support production, maintenance, and service teams by providing technical
expertise for machine operations and problem resolution.
9. Deliver onsite technical support, operator training, and machine
performance optimization to improve productivity and reliability.
10. Prepare technical reports, commissioning documents, and service records
as required.
11. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and customer
requirements during installation and service activities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical/ E&TC/ Instrumentation.
