Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to connect with leads, explain our services, and assist in client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries
Explain services clearly and professionally
Follow up with students/clients regularly
Maintain basic lead records and updates
Convert inquiries into registrations
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Malayalam
Confident speaking and convincing ability
Basic computer/mobile handling skills
Target-oriented mindset
Experience in telecalling/sales is preferred
