Position Overview
LawCrust invites applications from distinguished Retired Judicial Officers who wish to continue their professional journey by contributing as Senior Legal Consultants.
We are looking for retired professionals who have served as:
- Retired Judicial Magistrate
- Retired Metropolitan Magistrate
- Retired Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM)
- Retired Civil Judge (Senior Division)
- Retired Additional District & Sessions Judge
- Retired District & Sessions Judge
- Retired High Court Judge
- Retired Judicial Officers from other recognized Courts or Judicial Services
This role extends beyond legal advisory. The selected consultant will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen LawCrust's professional presence, foster long-term client relationships, identify advisory opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of the organization through their experience, reputation, and professional network.
Eligibility Criteria
- Retired Judicial Officer from a recognized Judicial Service or Court.
- Distinguished judicial career with an excellent professional reputation.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws, judicial procedures, litigation practices, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-established professional relationships within the legal fraternity, corporate sector, government bodies, financial institutions, or industry associations.
- Passion for mentoring professionals and contributing to organizational development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal opinions and advisory support on diverse legal and regulatory matters.
- Review legal documentation, contracts, agreements, notices, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Guide the legal and consulting teams on complex legal issues and risk assessment.
- Mentor legal associates and contribute to knowledge development within the organization.
- Represent LawCrust at professional meetings, conferences, seminars, networking forums, and client interactions whenever required.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporates, institutions, business owners, legal professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Leverage professional goodwill and industry relationships to facilitate new business opportunities, strategic collaborations, and client introductions.
- Support the management team in strengthening client engagement, expanding LawCrust's professional network, and enhancing the organization's market presence.
- Contribute towards the sustainable growth of the firm's advisory and consulting practice through relationship-driven business development initiatives.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all engagements.
