Job Description: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook 365
This team will be involved in processing producer/Adjuster licensing transactions under limited supervision, performs technical insurance duties which requires special knowledge and/or analytical frame of mind. Regularly exercises independent judgement in interpreting procedures and state regulations. Resolves problems of varying scope and complexity on own initiative.

Project specific requirement
- Develop an understanding of Insurance – Property & Casualty producer with an emphasis on licensing elements and requirements
- Coordinates with a sales / producers and ensures that producers remain licensed in accordance with the client and state regulations and procedure
- Translates and interprets state regulations and informs producers of licensing requirements
- Establishes and maintains files/database reflecting licensing status
- Ensures accuracy of work and reconciles various problems/discrepancies with full responsibility for resolution
- Provides internal and external customer service regarding inquires and providing information
- Offers recommendation to enhance systems applications, work flow and/or operating procedures
- Clear current outstanding items considering procedures and flows documented in Desktop Procedures (DTPs)
- Interact with dedicated client resources through e-mails on process related matters
- Ensure that assigned targets in accordance with SLA metrics are met
- Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics
Qualifications: Graduate. Bachelors in any domain
2 to 4 year of experience
