Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the complete process from customer enquiry to quotation, order processing and follow-up.
- Prepare and manage quotations, tender quotations and commercial proposals.
- Handle e-Procurement / E-Powerment and GeM Portal activities, including tender checking, quotation submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Manage and maintain customer quotations, enquiries, orders and related documentation.
- Follow up strongly with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, payments and order status.
- Negotiate with customers/vendors regarding price, delivery schedules and commercial terms.
- Maintain proper records and prepare reports using Advanced Excel.
- Track pending quotations, orders and enquiries and ensure timely closure.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through regular customer coordination and follow-up.
- Handle customer communication professionally and resolve process-related issues.
- Monitor the complete process and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis and reporting.
- Good knowledge of Tendering, Quotation Preparation and Commercial Negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and E-Powerment Portal.
- Strong sales coordination and customer handling skills.
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Experience in manufacturing / tool room industry will be highly preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Male/ female both can apply, Female candidate preferred.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with 35+ years of age preferred.
- Must have strong practical experience in quotation, tender, sales coordination and customer follow-up.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
